The following is a poem written by my daughter, Jaelyn. She has given me permission to share it with you.

Blessings and Faults

Where there's light there are shadows

What is good went through sorrows

When there's joy it overcame sadness

When there's pain eventually gladness

You get depressed when you think of past lucks

You get tired when you run to your love

You get proud of things that will be forgotten

You rejoice with things that will soon be departed

Day will pass then night will come

Flowers bloom then winter comes

Leaves turn bright then fall to brown

Sun will shine then rain comes down

There's blessings and faults in most everything. But you will never find something you're not searching for. Happy lives are all about perspective.
